The best way to reach us is by email. We do not run a phone line or a contact form, which keeps things simple and means we only ever hold the information you choose to send.
2. Response times
We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry within 2 business days (Israel time, Sunday to Thursday). Privacy and data requests are handled within the 30-day window set by data protection law, usually much sooner.
